Most items’ estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks. All items will be shipped as soon as they are completed.
We will notify you via email once the item is shipped along with its tracking information.
Orders placed in the holiday season or any high volume time of the year, may take longer than usual. A sales representative will notify in advance if the timing is longer than usual.
YAMA reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by any customer if the site’s terms have been violated, or as otherwise, determined by the company.

Quality is extremely important to us; if you have experienced the need for any repair, or if your jewelry is damaged, we would be happy to fix it for you within our 360-days warranty policy. This does not include accidents, misuse, or mishandling the piece.
YAMA’s guarantee does not cover any repairs or alterations done through a third party, outside of YAMA.
YAMA is not responsible for any stone damage or loss, chain damage, metal scratching due to normal wear and/or abusive wear, or accidents. Guarantees do not include theft or loss of stones or diamonds. We highly recommend insuring your jewelry through a third party once you purchase your piece, as it is the client’s exclusive responsibility for any loss or damage.
YAMA’s guarantee covers strengthening the setting of your stones during the first year after your purchase. This is only valid if the piece of jewelry did not suffer any damage, accidents, or hits, even if unintentional. We highly recommend coming in every 6 months to make sure the stones aren’t loose. If the client was not conscious of the damage of the prongs, it cannot be covered by insurance.
YAMA will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defects, within 360 days of receipt of purchase.
Any requested repairs needed after this time frame, or repairs caused by any misuse, will incur a charge for both the repair and shipping at the customer’s expense.
Any repairs will be specified in writing. All repairs will be done within one month after submitting a repair request and will be communicated prior to the repair process beginning.
YAMA will only accept repairs for items purchased on YAMAjewelry.com or in our Tel-Aviv store. Repairs for products purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.
Altering the size or altering the length on chains (by making it smaller) any piece of jewelry will be done at the expense of YAMA if the alteration is made within a month of your purchase.
Extending a piece of jewelry (by making it longer) will be done at an additional charge.
Renewal of engraving within a period of up to one year from the purchase date will be done at no cost if the jewelry is in a reasonable condition.
Renewal of engraving done within over a year will be made with a service charge.
Any fixing done on a defective piece of jewelry due to mistreatment (which is determined by YAMA), will require additional charges.
If you want to repolish or add another coating of rhodium will have an extra charge.
Some pieces of jewelry are exceptional; therefore, alterations cannot be made to them.

YAMA offers service of resizing rings, bracelets and chains.
This service is provided only for pieces of jewelry that allow YAMA to carry out alterations, and within up to 2 sizes for a ring, and standard alterations in chains of bracelets and necklaces.

It is the client’s responsibility, prior to purchase, to understand whether the specific purchased piece is optional for alterations in size.
YAMA does not carry any responsibility for stone loss.
We highly recommend insuring your jewelry for any case of theft, accidents or stone loss. In case of any damage or loss of any heirloom stone set in our jewelry, it is the client’s exclusive responsibility.
Sale tax is applicable on all orders shipped.
For all international sales, local duties and fees will apply and paid on the customers behalf, whenever applicable. Clients will pay for any additional taxes for commodities. For domestic sales, customers will pay17% vat. Any international sale, the price paid is stating only the price for the commodity.
The price stated online is for a local pickup. Any shipping, whether international or domestic, will include an extra charge. The jewelry is insured until the moment it leaves a YAMA shop. Any other responsibility or insurance is due to the client or the shipping company.
Purchasing a product that is on sale or discount is returnable for an in-store credit only and within 48 hours. Items on sale are not refundable.
YAMA keeps her rights for any changes according to inventory or demand for any sales changes in pricing or timing of sales.

Credit card purchases are as safe as PayPal checkout is.
